The following notice pertains to the press release on May 16, 2000 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency regarding 3M's voluntary phase out of their Perfluorooctanyl Sulfonate (PFOS) containing products.

Eastern Color & Chemical Company's RAINOFF® brand of fluoropolymers do not contain perfluorooctanyl Sulfonate (PFOS).

Eastern Color & Chemical Company's RAINOFF® brand of fluoropolymers do not contain any 3M products.

Eastern Color & Chemical Company can provide non-PFOS containing fluoropolymers to meet your specific requirements.
